Initiating a Return/Exchange:

• Go to "My Orders," select your order.
• Click "REQUEST EXCHANGE/RETURN" and follow instructions.

Process:

• Allow 24 hours for request processing.
• If approved, you'll get an AWB number for pickup in 3-4 days.
• Refund in 48 hours after pickup.

Key Points:

• Get a return receipt during pickup.
• Request within 6 days of receipt.
• Provide clear reasons and product pictures.
• If canceled, resubmit within 3 days.
